AI Creator and UGC Production System
One original AI creator identity carried across lifestyle photography, product scenes, phone-native framing, and a 15-second UGC performance.

The brief
What the system had to prove.
Build a recognizable creator who can move between editorial lifestyle content and product-led UGC without looking like a different person in every scene. The final system needed to work across stills, vertical social compositions, and a short spoken performance.
The production challenge: Identity drift becomes more visible when wardrobe, location, camera distance, lighting, product interaction, and motion all change together. The work therefore had to preserve facial structure, freckles, hair color, age, and native camera feel while allowing each frame to serve a different content job.
Production method
Control the system before multiplying outputs.
The workflow is organized around approvals and continuity checks rather than isolated prompt attempts.
Lock the creator identity
Approve the face, hair, skin texture, age, styling range, and phone-camera realism before building lifestyle or product scenes.
Expand by content role
Create separate scene families for café lifestyle, street content, bathroom UGC, and product demonstration instead of forcing one prompt to do every job.
Direct the performance
Keep the product action simple, give the performance one clear beat, and use a vertical first frame that already feels native to a social feed.
Selected outputs
One world.
Multiple deliverables.
Each frame solves a different production problem without abandoning the approved product, identity, environment, or visual language.

Motion output
The still system becomes an edit.
Motion is directed shot by shot, then compressed for fast web playback.
