These Terms are between you and Ömer Faruk Şahin, who operates AI Craft Academy in Türkiye.

Educational content

Website guides, workflow explanations, and examples are provided for educational purposes. AI tool results can vary depending on references, model updates, settings, and execution quality.

The content is not legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether a workflow, tool, output, or commercial use is appropriate for your circumstances.

Academy membership

AI Craft Academy membership is hosted on Skool. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and community access are handled through the Skool platform and the public Skool page linked from this website.

Any applicable renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and access conditions are those displayed at the relevant Skool checkout or membership page when you purchase or manage your membership.

Studio inquiries

Sending a project inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. Project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms are agreed separately before work begins.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, writing, course materials, videos, workflow documentation, and prompt-pack content are owned by or licensed to the operator of AI Craft Academy. Purchasing access gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the material for learning and to apply the techniques and prompts in your own or client production work.

You may not copy, publish, redistribute, sublicense, resell, upload to a shared library, or create a competing course, prompt pack, or content library from the Academy materials themselves. Public examples featuring third-party products or marks remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and do not imply a client relationship or endorsement.

Accounts and acceptable use

Membership accounts are for the registered member and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. You must not use the website, community, content, or contact systems to violate rights, distribute malicious material, interfere with services, impersonate others, or conduct unlawful or abusive activity.

Third-party tools and platforms

The Academy discusses and links to third-party AI tools, Skool, payment services, and other platforms. Their availability, pricing, outputs, policies, and data practices are controlled by those providers and may change without notice.

No income guarantees

AI Craft Academy teaches workflows and production systems, but does not guarantee income, business results, virality, advertising performance, tool availability, or client outcomes.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep public and purchased materials useful and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for decisions, costs, publishing, compliance, and results arising from your use of the website, educational content, AI tools, or generated outputs.
