Operator and data controller

AI Craft Academy is currently operated by Ömer Faruk Şahin in Türkiye. Privacy requests can be sent to support@aicraft.academy.

Information we collect

If you use the project inquiry form or contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, company, website, project type, requested deliverables, intended use, budget range, timeline, reference links, and message.

The contact endpoint may also process technical information such as your IP address and request metadata for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. The current form does not accept file uploads.

Contact form and service providers

Project inquiries are processed through Cloudflare infrastructure and delivered through Resend to hello@aicraft.academy, which is hosted with Google Workspace. These providers may process the information needed to transmit, secure, and store your inquiry under their respective terms.

Skool separately handles Academy membership, payment, account, and community information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics and platform data

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, traffic sources, and meaningful actions such as opening a case study, using the brief builder, or following an Academy or contact link. We do not send form-field content, email addresses, or other deliberately collected personal information to Google Analytics.

Analytics is off by default and loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed from “Privacy choices” in the footer.

Google may process analytics data on our behalf according to its own privacy and data-processing terms.

Storage and retention

Unconverted project inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. If an inquiry becomes a client project, relevant records may be retained for the duration needed to administer the project and meet applicable contractual, accounting, or legal obligations. Information may be deleted earlier following a valid request unless continued retention is required.

Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser. Analytics data is retained subject to the controls configured in Google Analytics. You can clear the local preference through your browser or reopen “Privacy choices” from the footer.

How we use information

• To respond to project inquiries or support requests
• To improve website content, guides, and service pages
• To understand which workflows and topics visitors care about
• To maintain basic business records when required

International processing

Cloudflare, Resend, Google, Skool, and their infrastructure providers may process information in countries outside Türkiye. Where applicable, this processing is governed by the providers’ contractual and legal safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to applicable legal and retention requirements. You may also withdraw analytics consent through “Privacy choices.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, email service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
