Create a base production fee, then adjust for the variables that materially change work.

Offer tiers that change scope

A smaller package should solve a narrower problem, not deliver the same work with less care. Separate a concept sprint, production pack, and campaign system by outputs, selection points, and support so buyers can compare real scope.
